Meet Elaine Talley, an independent mediator, meeting facilitator and trainer based in northern California.

Since 1995, she has conducted more than 2,500 successful mediations and facilitations in California and other jurisdictions, with extensive experience in special education.

By temperament, training, and experience, Ms. Talley is an ideal choice for private parties, school districts, state employers and employees, and businesses who need assistance in preventing or resolving conflict or disputes.

Without fail, Ms. Talley adheres to the strictest standards of neutrality, an essential tenet of mediation. She does not represent either party; instead she focuses exclusively on helping parties reach agreement and/or reduce conflict.
