GROUP TRAININGS
As Elaine Talley became well known in California for her mediation and facilitation skills, clients began requesting training. Her unique experience as a mediator, supervisor of mediators, and developer of several mediation programs made her a natural as a trainer — for teams, small groups, and large groups.
Ms. Talley’s focus on training has expanded in recent years to help parents, school districts and teams address needs related to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), mediation, meeting facilitation and communication skills.
